Here are some answers to frequently asked questions

1. What is the best way to order?
The fastest and surest way to order is via internet. All of our web-stores are on secure servers. Simply find the product that you like and click "Order or Add to cart". If you want more than one, you may change the amount of the products while there. Click the back arrow if you want to continue shopping. The store will not forget what is in your basket, even if you visit other stores owned by us, Grace Vision Publishers.

2. How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by order total.

3. How soon will I receive my order?
All orders are usually shipped the same day if received before 12 noon eastern standard time. Orders are shipped via UPS ground. Smaller orders are shipped via US Postal Service - Priority Mail. Please allow 5 -7 days for delivery. Orders made after 12 noon Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
If you live in an apartment, your order is usually delivered to the apartment office because your order will not fit in your mailbox. Generally, UPS does not deliver to individual apartments. They will leave your order in the apt. office.

4. Can I receive an order overnight?
No. Sorry, but we do not offer overnight service. The tracts weight about one pound per 250 which would make the cost of shipping several times the cost of the product. All orders are shipped priority mail or UPS ground depending on the size. We do not track priority mail. 99.9 percent of orders arrive and arrive quickly.

5. Can we have the name and information of the church printed on the products?
No. Sorry but that would be very expensive. Each tract and or door-hanger has a place that the church or ministry can use a rubber stamp to add that information.

6. Do you give discounts for bookstores?
No. Sorry but the prices that we offer the public are too low to offer a discount to bookstores. We do offer discounts for the book "God in the Absence of Religion".

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Note: Your credit card will always show a charge to Grace Vision Publishers, which is our parent company.
